I used their online service to place an order for a special occasion because they did not answer their phone during business hours. The order was not delivered on time. When I called to cancel the order since it was not delivered on time (the occasion had passed) I had to leave a message on the answer machine (they were not yet open). No one returned the call or offered any type of solution. I will NOT use this company again nor would I recommend it. A simple phone call from them would have avoided this negative review.

Flowers Etc features a wide selection of flower arrangements and bouquets, corsages, boutennieres, gifts, cards, and balloons. They are reasonably priced and always do a really great job. I believe that they also offer local delivery to the Banning and Beaumont areas. I highly recommend Flowers Etc as the place to go to for all of your floral needs.
